Bread Orders

I supply a small group of regulars with sourdough on a weekly or bi-monthly basis. Each week I bake something different. It could be a barley and spelt loaf , a rye and wholegrain loaf, a farm loaf or a seed loaf and many other variations. Each loaf is totally organic, handmade and has a fermentation period of at least 12 hours. If you have digestive issues such as gluten intolerance, this fermentation period can be extended.
